Terwilliger Plaza

Terwilliger Plaza approached us to redesign their website because it wasn’t “modern” enough. They wanted to appeal to a different audience than their competitors, the baby boomer’s children and their children. Terwilliger Plaza had recently had a face-lift for most of their marketing material, but their website was outdated.

They desired to possess a website that easy to manage, easy to use (accessible to young and old), integrate multiple pages of new content and look sharp. This was no easy task, but we successfully came through on time and on budget. My team developed the site in WordPress which allows them to easily update their website. We met with Terwilliger Plaza multiple times to review concepts, mockups, and demos and included their input with the design and development every step of the way.

Whitney’s Goodies

I was asked by Whitney Dineen to build her website that she could update herself and integrate a shopping cart called “BigCommerce”. She was excited to launch her latest gift item, these delicious caramels she had hand-crafted. My team got to work by building a WordPress site, using a template Whitney had researched. The largest challenge we ran into was integrating Big Commerce’s template with our WordPress template. My programmer didn’t give up and found a way to make it happen. Whitney is pleased to be getting many orders of caramels these days!

Running Evolution

Beth, a running coach, had an existing website, but wanted to offer a membership for customers, as well as offering discounts on classes for members and non-members. We added some plugins such as WP Ecommerce to help treat the classes as products. We also introduced a membership plugin to help Beth manage different membership groups. We also built in a calendar for all of her events. Beth loves the freedom to make changes to the classes, add new ones as the seasons change, and know that the website can grow with her ever-changing business.

Daisy Rock Hats

Originally designed in Flash, Amy wanted a website where she could add and remove products on a whim. Based off an existing CSS template, we re-built her website into CSS/HTML/PHP. We add specific sections for her products and created simple template she is able to edit and update herself. She has helped her sales tremendously, especially when used in conjunction with MailChimp, an email newsletter software, that helps her update her customers on new products and events she attends.

Footgloss

The owner Leah wanted a website that appealed to women who wore high heels, looked fresh and new, and incorporate the style of her logo. We chose WordPress because of how easy it is to blog and update a website. In addition to setting up a Paypal shopping cart for Leah’s product, we also customized the blog section to meet her needs. Leah loves being update her site independently.

Drusilla Campbell

Drusilla Campbell, a best selling author, wanted a website to promote her latest novel “The Good Sister”, promote upcoming writing workshops, and establish a blog. We worked with Drusilla to develop a website design that would showcase more of her personality (very personable and warm) and to help connect with her readers. We created the “Buzz” section of the website so she can promote books, workshops, and other news-worthy items. Displaying her Facebook badge as helped her gain more Facebook fans and drive more traffic to her site, helping her sell books and connect with readers!
